    8 strips of bacon

    2 slices white sandwich bread, crusts removed and cut into ½ inch cubes

    ¼ cup of Milk

    Salt

    Garlic

    Onion Soup - a little goes a long way

    Cheddar

    Worcestershire sauce

     

    Fry bacon and transfer 3 TBS fat to heatproof bowl

     

    Mix bread and milk in bowl and mash with fork until a smooth paste.

     

    Break up beef into small pieces in medium bowl. Season with salt, garlic, onion soup, Worcestershire sauce. Then add bread paste and bacon fat.

     

    Form in to patties but don't over compress - the bread paste keeps them fluffy!

     

    Cook on very hot fire…oil grate. 7 to 10 mins

     

    Add bacon and cheese - enjoy!
