• Cilantro-Lime Chicken

    Amazing Flavor!

    NOTE - All Day (morning of) Marinade is best

     

    Important - Do not over cook the chicken - use a instant read thermometer and remove from grill when internal temperature reaches 165

     

    1-2 LBS Boneless Chicken Breasts

    1/3 Cup Olive Oil

    1/4 Fresh Lime Juice (About 3 limes)

    1/4 Cup Fresh chopped Cilantro

    1 tsp Garlic powder

    1/4 tsp Cumin powder

    1/4 tsp Red Pepper (increase slightly to make a little spicier)

    1/4 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper

    1/4 tsp Salt

     

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl

    Place chicken in resealable 1 gallon zip-lock bag

    Pour marinade in and seal - remove as much air as possible

    Flip bag ever hour or so

     

    Grill until cooked
