Note - 24 - 48 hour precook
Jim's Rib Rub from Rubs and Seasonings section
Rib sauce (store bought)
8 - Baby Back Ribs - remove the skin on the back
Preheat oven to 350
Place each rib rack on layer of foil - rib both sides of the rib with rub and wrap with the foil - do this for each rack
Place racks on baking sheets and cook in oven for about 2 hours
Carefully unwrap and pour any juice into large heatproof measuring cup; refrigerate and save the juice
Let ribs cool completely - best to do this 1 or 2 days head of time - ribs will be more flavorful! Re-wrap ribs and store in fridge.
Sauce - Add some chicken broth or water to rib juices, if needed to measure 1 1/2 cups. Whisk in BBQ/Rib sauce
Grill ribs on medium fire/heat and baste with rib sauce - cook for 7-10 mins.
Move to cutting board and cut between ribs
