    Season both sides generously with Kosher Salt and fresh ground black pepper

     

    Refrigerate uncovered for 5-6 hours

     

    Return to room temp before grilling

     

    Grill until internal temp reaches 135 degrees

     

    Plate and tent with tin foil - let sit for 15 mins

     

    Add a pad of butter and enjoy!
